When my camera is connected to the computer via usb port it no longer opens the finepix viewer automatically and wil not download the pictures. This appears to be since the comtuter was upgraded to windows 7 from vista. I can still see older pictures previously downloaded. I am exhausted trying to figure this 1 out. I have a FinePix Fuji that I use to take photo's. I have not be able to download any of them. I do not want to use the standard photo app. I do have the Windows Photo Viewer but it never shows up for downloading. What am I missing here? Please help.Many Thanks In Advance. I am using windows XP and having trouble downloading pictures with FinepixViewer. The camera is recognised by the PC and I can download only once after installing the software. After that the PC only recognises the camera for 20 seconds at a time then loses connection for 20 seconds and so on alternately. This can be used only by users who have already purchased FinePix series digital cameras or 3D Image products.
